Bill and Lance Legend

This is the first game I’ve created using Unity. Completed in 2024, it began as a practice project for Android mobile before being ported to PC. You can choose between English and Chinese in the game.Growing up, I was endlessly captivated by the blistering pace and pixelated grit of classic 80s run-and-gun arcade masterpieces. That burning childhood nostalgia is what ultimately inspired me to build this heartfelt tribute.

It supports XInput controllers and keyboards only. Menu interactions still require a mouse.

Controller: LT to open menu, RT to close menu; A for Jump, B for Special Move, X for Bullets, Y for Special Bullets.

Keyboard: M to open menu, ESC to close menu; Space for Jump, J for Bullets, K for Special Bullets, L for Special Move.

Hold the button for special moves. I removed the body armor power-up and mobile-specific button icons, and added a feature allowing you to press any key to proceed through dialogue boxes.
